1. About Routflo

Routflo is a progressive web application for route planning, run tracking, and social running. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Routflo.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Service Availability

Routflo is operated by a small independent team. While we work hard to maintain a reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may occasionally experience downtime, bugs, or unexpected behaviour due to technical or operational reasons. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, restrict, or modify the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by service interruption or unavailability.

5. Subscriptions & Pricing

Routflo offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time. Refunds follow UK consumer law.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful use.
  • No unauthorised access to other accounts.
  • No reverse-engineering or extracting source code.
  • No harmful, offensive or infringing content.
  • No abuse of API rate limits.

7. Third-Party Services

Routflo integrates with Strava, Google Maps and Stripe — your use of those is subject to their own terms.

8. Safety Features

SafeRun and FloRunner are aids and do not guarantee personal safety. You remain responsible for your own safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and trademarks within the App are owned by or licensed to Routflo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routflo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
